Act Your Age: Open Session
Tuesday 26th March
The Act Your Age group is for adults* who wish to explore drama techniques with a focus on improvisation, in a friendly, supportive environment. As adults, we are so often expected to be mature and ‘act our age’. This open session is an opportunity to join our regular attendees to shake that stereotype, meet like-minded individuals, make new friends and improve wellbeing without the pressure to perform publicly.
*Whilst we don’t specify the age of adults in the group, we recommend this group for those who are 55 and over.
